Job Description

SWS Lawyers, based in Newcastle, NSW, seeks a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2-5 years PQE to join our disputes team. You will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters for corporate, government, and startup clients, with exposure in the Supreme and Federal Courts.

You will work in a fast-paced, supportive workplace, developing advocacy skills, managing smaller matters with autonomy, and collaborating with senior partners on more complex cases.
