About the Role n
nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the build construction projects from $50m - $200m. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.n
Key Responsibilities n

- Lead end-to-end project delivery experience
n
- Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans
n
- Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
n
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
n
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
n
- Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture
n
- Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
n

About You n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m +
n
- Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environment
n




- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
n
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
n
