Pacific Hyundai Pty Ltd is looking for two motivated New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing Sunshine Coast dealerships.

n

We have two positions available:

n

n
- 1 x Sales Consultant - Maroochydore GWM & Renault
n
- 1 x Sales Consultant - Caloundra GWM
n

n

This is a great prospect to join established dealerships representing some of Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands.

About the Role n

As a Current & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Selling both new and used vehicles
n
- Responding promptly to showroom, phone and online enquiries
n
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
n
- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
n
- Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
n
- Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
n
- Working closely with Finance & Insurance and management teams
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and enquiry information within our CRM
n
- Assisting with vehicle merchandising and presentation
n
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets
n
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process
n

About You n

We are looking for people who are energetic, professional and genuinely enjoy dealing with customers.

n

Automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have a strong background in retail, hospitality, real estate, customer service or another sales environment,



we would still love to hear from you.

n

You will ideally have:

n

- A strong sales and customer-service focus
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n
- A proactive approach to following up opportunities
n
- The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
n
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude
n
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
