About the role: nn
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements
n
- Work across Saas, services licensing, reseller, distribution, supply, procurement and consultancy agreements
n




- Advise on contractual interpretation, risk allocation and commercial strategy
n
- Provide practice advice on privacy, data protection and regulatory compliance
n
- Manage client relationships and ongoing retainers
n
- Contribute to legal updates and the continued growth of the team
n

The ideal candidate: nn
- Approximately 2-4 years PQE with a current Australian practicing certificate
n
- Strong general commercial experience and confidence drafting and negotiating complex agreements
n
- Familiarity with technology contracts, including SaaS and related commercial agreements
n
- Ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple client priorities
n
- Collaborative, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving team
