n The Opportunityn

n We’re partnering with a client who is a well-established technology solutions provider that works alongside leading global IT hardware vendors to support a portfolio of enterprise and government customers across Australian

n

n Reporting to Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, focusing on relationship management, account growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.n

n

n You will work closely with stakeholders across a range of organisations, helping them navigate technology requirements while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships.n

n

n Key Responsibilitiesn

n

n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
n
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service across your account portfolio
n
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts
n
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions
n




- Manage sales opportunities from qualification through to successful close
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and account updates
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
n
- Build broader networks and strengthen engagement across customer organisations
n

n MUST HAVE EITHER: Experience working with Government or Defence customers OR Exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware, software or managed servicesn
