Cranfield Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our client’s team in Stapylton.

You’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.

Your responsibilities n

- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
n
- Receive, check and store incoming goods.
n
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
n
- Complete basic product assembly when required.
n
- Process stock movements and shipments using warehouse computer systems.
n
- Prepare and check shipping documentation.
n
- Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and yard.
n
- Follow safety procedures and work closely with the wider team to meet delivery deadlines.

What you’ll bring nn
- A current forklift licence.
n
- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
n
- Basic computer skills and solid attention to detail.
n
- The ability to safely handle heavy items.
n
- A reliable, punctual approach and a strong commitment to safety.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
n

n

Experience with inventory systems and a current First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain one, would be advantageous.
