Mordeois currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our team.

We are a busy restaurant and bar located in the heart of the CBD above Martin place. Serving a regular corporate clientele Monday through till Friday. Beautiful location and a very modern fit out. Shifts are Monday through till Friday.

To be successful you must n

have at least 2 years experience

n

Good knowledge of beverage products

n

Good knowledge of wines is preferred but training will be provided

n





have a fun and energetic and outgoing personality

n

have great personal appearance

n

have a passion for hospitality

To be successful in this role you will: n

Have a strong work ethic and be a hands on operator

n

Posses excellent people and communication skills

n

Have strong organisational skills

n

Have solid knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer and spirits

n

Show a positive, vibrant and enthusiastic personality

Lead by example

Be able to maintain a calm demeanour in a fast paced, high intensity environment

Be up to date with current bar and industry trends
