Job Description

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Coordinator based in Surry Hills to help deliver quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service, answer menu questions, accommodate dietary needs, and handle order tracking, refunds and promos.

You will manage guest feedback, spot trends, and work with restaurants, Franchisees and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly, using tools like Zendesk, Braintree and Resto.
