Job Description

Bega Group in New South Wales is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team of about 40 operators on 12‑hour day shifts, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across our cheese manufacturing lines at Ridge Street.

You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, uphold food safety and environmental standards, and partner with teams to meet production targets in a rapid‑paced FMCG environment.
