There is an exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Manager to join their high performing finance team, with duties that will include:

- Prepare group management reports
n
- Support the group's budget and forecasting process
n
- Take a lead on the month end reporting process
n
- Provide support to wider business,
becoming a true partner to finance and non finance stakeholders
n
- Conduct high level variance analysis on financial performance
n
- Support the ELT on strategic initiatives to support business growth
n
- Manage a small team of 2
n
- Provide ad-hoc support to various projects and other process improvement initiatives
n

To be considered, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have spent a minimum of 5 years in large, complex organisations. You will have a strong background in all aspects of management reporting, financial analysis, and month end close, experience partnering with stakeholders of varying seniority and be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic workplace.
