Job Description

Redpath Mining is seeking a Mining Superintendent to lead underground operations at the Federation Mine. This senior role focuses on production, safety, and workforce performance on a major development project with a 2/2 roster and FIFO/DIDO options.

You will direct underground teams, partner with clients and management, and drive continuous improvement while delivering safe, efficient outcomes in a challenging setting.
