We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Australia . This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities: n

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary
n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our inverters and energy storage products
n
- Assist the sales team in providing product technical training to customers.
n
- Conduct customer visits to understand their needs and provide on-site technical consultation.
n
- Provide on-site guidance during product installation to ensure correct and safe setup.
n
- Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
n
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical guides.
n
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
n
- Report recurring technical issues and user feedback to product and R&D; teams
n
Requirements: nn
- Candidate preferred due to travel and fieldwork needs
n
- Professional English (essential)
n
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field
n
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Australia
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset
n
