Façade Testing Australia is expanding in Sydney and is seeking a reliable Trade Assistant / Construction Labourer to join our façade testing team. This hands-on role involves on-site water penetration testing , equipment setup, and working across commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Sydney Metro and NSW regional area.

This position suits someone with experience in construction, façades, glazing, waterproofing, access work, or general site labouring , who is comfortable working on active building sites.
About the Role n
Set up and operate testing equipment, hoses, pumps and tools
n
Support testing of curtain walls, windows and façade interfaces
n
Assist with photographic documentation and site coordination
n
Work across multiple Sydney project locations
n
Standard construction hours (7:00-3:30) with occasional weekend work
n
Hands-on, physical role involving equipment handling and time on your feet
Skills & Experience n
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
n
Experience working on active construction sites
n
Working at heights or EWP experience advantageous (not essential)
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
n
White Card required
n
Driver's licence and reliable transport required
n
Training provided for the right candidate - no prior testing experience needed
