Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park is opening soon — and we’re building our sales team from the ground up.

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused 4x4 Sales Specialists to join our brand-new flagship location.

n

This is an opportunity to come onboard from the beginning and be part of building the reputation, customer base and culture of our newest store.

n

You’ll be helping customers build everything from their first weekend 4WD through to fully equipped touring vehicles, trade vehicles, fleet builds and some seriously impressive 4x4s.

n

The Role n
n

As a 4x4 Sales Specialist , you’ll be one of the main faces of Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park.

n

Your role is about much more than selling individual products.

n

You'll work with customers to understand how they use their vehicle, what they want to achieve and what products best suit their needs and budget .

n

From the first conversation through to quoting, booking, fitment and final vehicle handover, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities n

Sales & Customer Experience

Assist customers with selecting the right 4WD accessories and solutions

- n

Design and quote complete vehicle builds

n
- n

Prepare quotes and actively follow up sales opportunities

n
- n

Convert enquiries into confirmed sales and workshop bookings

n
- n

Manage phone, email, online and showroom enquiries

n
- n

Process orders, invoices and customer payments

n
- n

Build long-term relationships with customers

n
- n

Ensure customers receive a professional experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover

n
- n

Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins

n

n

Workshop & Job Coordination

n

n
- n





Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer expectations

n
- n

Ensure required products and parts are available before scheduled fitment

n
- n

Communicate clearly with the workshop team regarding customer requirements

n
- n

Monitor jobs and keep customers informed of progress

n
- n

Assist with vehicle handovers and explain completed work

n
- n

Help resolve fitment, warranty and after-sales enquiries professionally

n

n

Business Development

n

n
- n

Build relationships with local dealerships, fleet customers, trade businesses and commercial customers

n
- n

Identify current sales opportunities within the local market

n
- n

Follow up existing customers and enquiries

n
- n

Participate in store events, promotional activities and product launches

n
- n

Help grow the Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park customer base from day one

n

What We're Looking For n
n

We're looking for someone with energy, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed in sales .

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- n

Previous retail, automotive or sales experience

n
- n

Strong customer service and communication skills

n
- n

Confidence speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone

n
- n

The ability to identify customer needs and confidently close a sale

n
- n

Strong follow-up skills — we don't want quotes sitting forgotten in an inbox

n
- n

Good organisational and time-management skills

n
- n

Attention to detail when preparing quotes and orders

n
- n

Basic computer and point-of-sale skills

n
- n

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

n
- n

A current Australian driver's licence

n
- n

A positive, team-focused attitude

n

n

Experience within the 4WD, automotive, dealership, aftermarket accessory or outdoor industry will be highly regarded.

n





However, extensive 4WD knowledge isn't essential.

n

If you're a great salesperson with the right attitude, we can teach you the products.
