n Key Responsibilities
n As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions

n
- n

Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions

n
- n

Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships

n
- n

Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads

n
- n

Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times

n
- n

Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets

n
- n

Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance

n
- n

n Previous gym management experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, prior sales or customer-facing experience is highly valued.

Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)

Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent)

CPR Certification

- n

Working With Children Check

National Police Check
