nAbout the Role n
n• This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA n
n• Full Time, Permanent n
n• $90,000-$130,000pa + Super n
n• Assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation n
n• Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice n




n• Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications n
n• Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings n
n• Coordinating works programs n
n• Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards n
n• Calculating costs and estimating time scales n
n• Collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment n
n• Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data n
n
nAbout You n
n• Qualification – Diploma or Higher - Survey n
n• Proficient in survey instruments, GPS, Total Stations, and survey software (e.g., Topcon, Leica, or Magnet). n
n• Robust understanding of civil design drawings, models, and IFC documentation. n
n• Desirable - 1+ years’ experience in civil surveying (construction or infrastructure). n
n• Competent in managing large datasets and producing defensible as-built records. n
n• White Card and relevant survey or spatial qualifications (Diploma or Cert IV in Surveying preferred). n
n• Valid driver's licence. n
