Our client is a well-established supplier of safety equipment, workwear, and footwear, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic chance to secure a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start in a collaborative and friendly workplace. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm About the Role As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
n
- Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and invoices.
n
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating where required.

- Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
n
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and enquiries.

- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: n

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems (highly regarded).

- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
