Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre are seeking experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessors to deliver Certificate III level qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care and School Based Education Support. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students and will support them to develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to work successfully within the relevant sector.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in accordance with training package requirements
n
- Assess students' knowledge and practical skills fairly and consistently
n
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to students
n
- Facilitate practical learning activities and workplace-based learning placements
n
- Maintain accurate student training and assessment records
n
- Ensure training and assessment practices meet relevant regulatory and quality requirements
n
- Keep up to date with industry practices, legislation and changes to training package requirements
n
- Work collaboratively with the compliance and education team
n




- Support students to successfully complete their qualification
n

About you nn
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience at Certificate III or above
n
- A current TAE qualification (TAE40116 or TAE40122 or higher)
n
- Current industry knowledge and experience in relevant sector
n
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
n
- A passion for supporting and developing students
n
- The ability to deliver engaging face-to-face, blended and/or online training
n
- A commitment to quality training, assessment, student outcomes and continuous improvement
n
- Relevant Working with Children Check, Police Check and other required clearances
n
- Current Drivers License and access to vehicle
n
