The Opportunity

n An opportunity is available for an experienced Power Platform Service Coordinator to join a large Queensland Government environment in Carseldine on an initial 12-month contract. Supporting an enterprise Microsoft Power Platform capability, you will coordinate governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement and operational activities across Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365. This is a coordination and governance-focused role rather than a project delivery position.

About the Role

n This role will act as a central coordination point for the Power Platform service, helping business areas, developers and vendors navigate governance and operational requirements.

- Coordinate solution onboarding, governance reviews, deployment readiness and approvals.
n
- Guide stakeholders through governance, workplace management and support processes.
n
- Monitor compliance with platform standards, operational procedures and support obligations.
n
- Coordinate audits, compliance assessments, governance reviews and remediation actions.
n
- Maintain dashboards and reporting across adoption, compliance, risks and service performance.
n
- Coordinate governance forums, vendor engagement and continuous improvement activities.

About You





n You will be a highly organised coordinator who can manage governance and operational activities across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, customer relationship and coordination capability.
n
- Experience across governance, compliance, audit or operational administration.
n
- Reporting and dashboard development experience, ideally using Power BI.
n
- Strong written communication, documentation and meeting facilitation skills.
n
- Experience supporting technology, service delivery or operational environments.
n
- Power Platform, ICT governance, vendor engagement or platform support experience is desirable.
