Job Description

At Neta Care Holistic Health Services, we are seeking a motivated Support Qualified to coordinate and deliver NDIS-based supports. You will meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss plans, goals, and services, and analyze plans to identify suitable supports and outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, promoting cost-effective interventions, and liaising with providers, funders, and families to ensure quality care. A compassionate, organised approach is essential.
