Job Description

Eastern Health's Women’s & Children’s Program at Angliss Hospital in Upper Ferntree Gully seeks a permanent, full-time Social Worker Grade 2. You will provide psychosocial assessment and intervention within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting women, children and families through health journey.

You'll contribute to safety planning, care coordination, and ongoing career development, with opportunities to advance within women's and children's health.
