We're a busy ramen restaurant located at Dairy Road in Fyshwick, known for our handmade noodles, tori-style ramen, and fast-paced yet supportive kitchen workplace.

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, works well under pressure, and is keen to take on more responsibility as part of a strong team.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Food preparation and basic cooking
n
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining prep levels
n
- Dishwashing and general kitchen duties when required
n
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
n
- Receiving, rotating, and storing stock correctly
n
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
About you n
n
- Previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
n
- Confident with food preparation and basic cooking duties
n
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
n
- Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
n
- Availability across weekdays and weekends is preferred
