Job Description

Central Highlands Rural Health in Daylesford, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care and support to residents, working within a cooperative multidisciplinary team and focusing on person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
