Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the civil engineering team.
n




- Drive business development initiatives and win new projects.
n
- Prepare bids and proposals for buildings and infrastructure projects.
n
- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction in civil engineering.
n
- Deliver civil projects hands-on while building the team.
n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across Australia.

Qualifications & Experience:

n

- Proven experience in business development, winning work, and preparing bids.
n
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading teams.
n
- Technically capable of delivering civil projects with a hands-on approach.
n
- Demonstrated ability to shape and grow a new business sector.
n
- Passionate about innovative design and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
n

Location : This role can be based in either Perth or Brisbane.
