We are seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to support the delivery of quality cleaning services across multiple client sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach teams, build strong client relationships, maintain compliance standards, and ensure operational excellence across your portfolio. Based in NSW, this position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your leadership career.

About the Role

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising site teams, maintaining service standards, supporting workforce performance, and ensuring all contractual, safety, and operational requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain service excellence.
- Manage equipment, chemicals, consumables, and stock control processes.
- Support rostering, workforce planning, and staffing coverage requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience leading frontline operational teams.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the cleaning, facilities management, or related service industry.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements, including risk management and incident reporting.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A current driver's licence.

Desirable
- Minimum five years' experience in the cleaning industry.
- Experience in hard floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning services.
- Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check, NSW Police Check, and Department of Education clearances.
