We're seeking an experienced Drainage Leading Hand & a Concreter/Digger operator. Both roles require individuals who leads by example and brings proven expertise in drainage and civil construction.

Key requirements:

- Proven experience in drainage and civil construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews.
- Ability to read and interpret drainage and civil plans.
- Hands-on experience with pipe laying, excavation, and site preparation.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience operating and supervising drainage-related machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily drainage operations and coordinate site crews.
- Read and interpret plans to ensure quality project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, health & safety, and environmental standards.
- Train and mentor crew members
- Oversee and operate drainage-related machinery as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Drainage
- Relevant trade qualification in Drainage, Civil Construction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Full Class 1 (Class 2 or WTR endorsement an advantage).
- Certifications (e.g., Site Safe, First Aid) are beneficial.





Concreter/Digger Operator

- Proven experience working around underground services and utilities.
- Strong commitment to protected, high-quality workmanship and zero service strikes.
- Ability to read and interpret service plans, designs, and job packs.
- Capable of leading crews
- Experienced in excavation, concrete/asphalt reinstatement, and Class 1 vehicle operation.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to pass pre-employment checks (drug & alcohol, police, and medical).

Advantageous:

- First Aid/Site Safe Passport
- Excavator operating experience
- STMS Practising Qualification
- Full Class 2 Licence
