- Develop customer engagement and retention initiatives, including loyalty programmes, customer segmentation, repeat-purchase campaigns and targeted promotions.
- Prepare creative and marketing briefs for photographers,

videographers, designers, creators, suppliers and other external providers where required.
- Work with management and operational teams to ensure marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional initiatives are commercially practical and consistently implemented at venue level.
- Support marketing and brand implementation for future venue openings, including pre-launch campaigns, signage, customer communications, digital content and launch collateral.
- Identify and coordinate relevant partnerships, collaborations, creator relationships and community-marketing opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, sales conversion and product performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Prepare marketing budgets, monitor marketing expenditure and assess marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for management covering campaign outcomes, customer trends, product performance, competitive activity and opportunities for growth.
