BET Care Group Pty Ltd, is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to building accessible housing and supporting people with disability to live meaningful and independent lives.

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating participant supports, working closely with families and support workers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

n

This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, strong relationships, and coordinating services that improve participant outcomes.

About the Role n

As a Service Coordinator, you will act as the primary link between BET Care Group, participants, families, and external providers.

n

You will coordinate services, develop support plans, oversee support teams, and ensure supports are delivered in line with NDIS standards and participant goals.

n

This is Full - Time Office Based Position in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities n

Coordinate supports in line with NDIS plans and participant goals

n

Develop and review Support Plans and Participant Profiles

n

Build robust relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

n

Liaise with NDIA, allied health providers, and community organisations

n

Supervise and support Disability Support Workers and house teams

n

Monitor participant satisfaction and service quality

n





Maintain accurate documentation and reports in internal systems

n

Manage incidents, complaints, and compliance requirements

n

Conduct house checks and ensure WHS standards are maintained

n

Participate in rostered on-call duties

About You n

You are passionate about supporting people with disability and enjoy working in a role that combines participant engagement, coordination, and team support.

You will bring: n

Experience working in the NDIS or disability services sector

n

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

n

Excellent organisational and documentation skills

n

Ability to manage multiple participants and service coordination tasks

n

A person-centred and solution-focused approach

n

Qualification in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, Health or similar (or relevant experience)

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check

n

Working With Children Check

n

Valid Driver's Licence

n

Right to work in Australia

n

Willingness to travel between service locations
