ISCS is a reputable national electronic security solutions distributor providing products and solutions to the Security, Access Control and CCTV industry with an evolving range of products from leading brands.

As a Business Development Manager / Technical Sales you will be responsible for using your knowledge of our products and services to be to provide sales, system designs & technical assistance to potential and existing customers in both Pre & Post Sales.
Key Responsibilities: n
Build and nurture essential customer relationships, provide educational support to enhance customer knowledge, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
n
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
n
Provide technical expertise to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate products and solutions and assist delivering the solution to end users when required
n
Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
n
identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
n
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teamviewer
n
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM
n
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
Qualifications: n
3+ Years experience in the Electronic Security, Access Control and CCTV industry
n
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
n
