Your Future with ATCO n

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Building Finisher / Factory Hand to join our Manufacturing team at our Luscombe Head Office facility.

n

In this hands-on role, you'll complete the final fit-off, detailing, and finishing work on modular buildings before they are delivered to customers. From offices and classrooms to amenity buildings,



you'll take pride in ensuring every module leaves our facility looking its best and meets ATCO's high quality standards.

n

Reporting to the Building & Compliance Supervisor, you'll also assist with packing, loading and general yard duties to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Complete final fit-off, detailing and finishing work on modular buildings prior to delivery
n
- Identify and rectify minor defects to ensure buildings meet quality standards
n
- Prepare buildings for transport, including packing and loading activities
n
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
n
- Assist with yard duties, stocktakes and general housekeeping
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work setting
n
- Comply with all HSEQ policies, procedures and Safe Work Procedures
n

What You'll Bring nn
- Construction White Card
n
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Experience in a factory, construction, labouring, manufacturing or Trade Assistant role
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety focus
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
n
