Job Description

Kolbe Catholic College is seeking a part time College Counsellor (0.4 FTE) to support student wellbeing across years 7–12. Responsibilities include individual and group counselling, proactive wellbeing programs, and collaboration with families and external professionals.

The role requires tertiary counselling qualifications, knowledge of child development, and a commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed support for students.
