nOur client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team. They have beautiful modern offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all. n
The Role n
n

- Assisting with a portfolio of claims
n
- Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims
n
- Managing claim general inquiries
n
- Providing clients with information on product offerings
n
- Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
n
- Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super
n
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super
n
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
n
- Location: Sydney CBD
n

- Experience within property/motor claims industry is essential
n
- Robust customer service and administration skills essential
n
- Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
n
- Sales and Call Center experience desirable
n
- The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
