We’re partnering with an established, family-run real estate agency in Wollert and Truganina looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.

n

This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager looking for a manageable portfolio, strong support, no weekends and genuine career progression into a Senior role.

The Opportunity n

n
- Manageable portfolio of approximately 30 commercial properties
n
- Portfolio located across Wollert and surrounding suburbs
n
- Role can be based out of either the Wollert or Truganina office
n
- Portfolio primarily consists of commercial factories and retail shops
n
- Full end-to-end Commercial Property Management
n
- Dedicated Leasing Consultant and Administration support
n
- Established team of approximately 30 staff
n
- Vacancy available due to business growth
n
- Opportunity to progress into a Senior Commercial Property Management role
n
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm with no weekends
n
- In office parking
n
- Modern systems including PropertyMe, Vault and PriceFinder
n
- No Trust Accounting
n




- Christmas party and annual awards night
n
- $80K–$100K + super + commissions, depending on experience
n
- Fuel allowance available depending on package
n
- ASAP start
n

About You n

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who can independently manage a portfolio and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing commercial department.

You’ll ideally have: n

n
- Minimum 4 years of Commercial Property Management experience
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial property legislation
n
- Experience independently managing a commercial portfolio
n
- Strong end-to-end Commercial Property Management skills
n
- Experience managing commercial factories and retail properties
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
n
- Looking for genuine career progression into a Senior role
n
- Agents Representative Certificate
n
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
