We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder to join a busy fabrication team based in Penrith .

n
n

This role involves working primarily with stainless steel and structural metalwork , fabricating and welding components for a major stadium project, including handrails and other architectural metalwork.

n
n

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Boilermaker/Welder with strong experience across TIG, MIG and Stick welding , excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality fabrication and weld finishes.

nKey Responsibilities n
n

n
n
- Perform TIG, MIG and Stick welding on stainless steel and metal components.
n
n
- Fabricate and weld stainless steel handrails, structural components and architectural metalwork.
n
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
n
n
- Measure, cut, fit and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
n
n
- Complete fabrication, assembly and finishing work to project specifications.
n
n
- Ensure welds and finished products meet required quality standards.
n
n
- Use workshop tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
n




n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working setting.
n
n
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
n
n

nWhat We're Looking For n
n

n
n
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker / Welder .
n
n
- Strong experience with TIG, MIG and Stick welding .
n
n
- Experience working with stainless steel fabrication .
n
n
- Experience with handrails, architectural metalwork or structural fabrication is highly regarded.
n
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
n
n
- Strong fabrication, fitting and welding skills.
n
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
n
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n
- Relevant trade qualifications preferred.
n
n

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
