Dispatch Warehouse Storeperson (Reach Forklift Driving) n

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Dispatch Storeperson with Reach Forklift experience to join a well-established national supplier of restaurant and industrial equipment in Mulgrave.

n

This role is approximately 75% warehouse, picking and dispatch duties and 25% forklift operation.

n

You will spend the majority of your day picking customer orders, packing, dispatching freight, receipting stock, unloading containers, preparing paperwork and keeping the warehouse running efficiently.

n

Location: Mulgrave, Melbourne VIC
Employment Type: Permanent Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: $36.40 per hour, with a scheduled increase after 6 months

You’ll be working in a busy warehouse handling a wide range of products, including: Industrial kitchen equipment, Commercial appliances, Whitegoods, Crates and boxed goods, Spare parts and Large and awkward industrial products

n

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team and taking pride in getting orders out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing n

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

n

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders and spare parts
n
- Preparing orders for freight and customer collection
n
- Booking freight and organising transport pick‑ups
n
- Creating connotes, manifests and purchase orders
n
- Receipting incoming goods and processing system transactions
n
- Unloading containers and replenishing warehouse stock
n
- Loading and unloading trucks with large or awkward products
n
- Operating a Reach Forklift to move and position stock
n
- Assisting with stocktakes and investigating stock discrepancies
n
- Picking stock from racking and working at heights
n
- Keeping the warehouse clean,



safe and organised
n
- Supporting showroom stock movements when required
n
- Operating a Mobile Vertical Manlift – full training will be provided
n
- Assisting across different areas of the warehouse as required
n

What We’re Looking For n

We’re looking for an experienced Storeperson/Dispatch professional , ideally with a background in the distribution of industrial equipment, commercial appliances, whitegoods, large goods or similar products.

You’ll need:

n

n
- Current Reach Forklift license – MUST HAVE
n
- Minimum 3 years' warehouse/distribution experience
n
- Minimum 3 years' forklift experience
n
- Strong experience in picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Experience loading and unloading trucks or containers
n
- A valid Victorian driver's licence or Australian equivalent
n
- Confidence using computers and warehouse systems
n
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to safely pick stock from heights
n
- Ability to handle large, bulky or awkward products
n
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
n
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist across different warehouse duties
n
