Brisbane Smiles is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our established practice in Toowong.

n

This is more than a reception role. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice and a trusted guide who helps patients understand their treatment options, coordinate their care, and enjoy an exceptional experience from start to finish.

About the Role nn




- Coordinate appointments and treatment plans
n
- Support patients through their treatment journey
n
- Manage patient communications, recalls, and follow-ups
n
- Process payments and health fund claims
n
- Prepare treatment documentation and consent forms
n
- Deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
n

Experience n

We welcome applicants from dental, medical, hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.

Dental experience is preferred but not essential. We will provide training and support for the right person.
