Job Description

Mitchelton Winery in Nagambie seeks a hands-on 2027 Vintage Cellar Hand to join our winemaking team for a fixed-term stint of about 6–8 weeks. Accommodation is provided for the duration of vintage, with work across the full process from harvest through to bottling.

You’ll bring 2–3 years cellar experience, a can-do attitude, and a safe, detail‑oriented approach to sanitation, equipment operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
