About the Role n
Due to project commencement, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a high spec commercial development valued at approximately $18 million, located in Perth’s Eastern Suburbs.

The project involves the construction of a premium facility for a long standing repeat business client. The build is technically and logistically challenging, being delivered within a live operating environment with restricted access, requiring careful sequencing, planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining safety and programme.

You will take ownership of day to day site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high finish standard.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Supervise daily site operations across all stages of construction
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
n
- Manage site logistics,
access restrictions and delivery sequencing
n
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality and safety requirements
n
- Provide robust on site safety leadership and compliance
n
- Liaise with project management, consultants and stakeholders
n
- Identify and resolve site based issues efficiently
n
- Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation
n
Skills & Experience Required nn
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
n
- Experience delivering high quality or architecturally detailed builds preferred
n
- Strong understanding of structural works, services coordination and finishes
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in live environments with limited access
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
- Relevant trade background or construction qualification
n
- White Card and relevant site certifications
n
- $150k–$160k + Super + Vehicle + Bonus
n
