Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers and staff.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.

- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk,



and other supplies, placing orders as necessary.

- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service standards.

- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage offerings.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
