Solace Sleep and Medical Group is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper. Ideal if the applicant has current, practical experience using Accentis Enterprise & CRM software. Great work environment operating within a small, proactive team focused on delivering high-quality bedding and assistive technology products to lifestyle and homecare customers.
About the Role n
The successful applicant will support our energetic management hands-on with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, together with providing sound accounting advice and financial information to aid best-practice operations of the business, including:
n
Data entry and transaction processing in Accentis
n
Accounts payable and receivable
n
Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
n
BAS and GST preparation
n
Payroll assistance
n
Maintaining accurate financial records
n
Relevant accounting advice and administrative support
About You n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
Preferably fully experienced and confident using the Accentis Enterprise Software program
n
An experienced bookkeeper with sound knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and BAS/GST requirements
n
Accurate, organised and reliable, able to guide an active owner-led business
n
Comfortable working independently within a small yet dynamic modern enterprise
n
Able to step into the role and become productive with minimal training
Working Arrangement n
Proactively support management in this in-house position, working three days per week in our spacious, modern Baringa office/warehouse complex.
n
We also consider an experienced independent bookkeeper operating as a contractor, provided they have current, hands-on Accentis experience and can provide the required level of daily in-house support.
