Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming setting. This role requires knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and drink recipes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and pastries according to established recipes and quality standards.

- Offer advice to customers on drink choices
n
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment
n
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
n
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
n
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- High school diploma or equivalent
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café.
n
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and drink recipes.
n
- Good time management skills
n
- Excellent customer service skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Attention to detail
n
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or equivalent certification.
