About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated OSHC Coordinator who is ready to shape an engaging, play-based school-aged care program. In this role you will:

n

n
- Lead and implement a dynamic, child-directed program that nurtures the holistic development of every child.
n
- Create a warm, safe, Christ-centred environment where children thrive.
n
- Build trusted relationships with families and the school community.
n
- Oversee enrolments, bookings, rostering, compliance requirements, and day-to-day administration.
n

n

This is a full-time position , with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Requirements n
n

About you

n

n
- You have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion.
n




- You have at least 1 year’s experience in a lead role in a centre
n
- You possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
n
- You hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.
n
- You have a current paid Working with Children’s Check.
n
- You have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS and the EYLF.
n
- You’re confident in the use of technology.
n
- You’re highly motivated.
n
- You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
n
