Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Knox in a full-time (Mon-Fri)capacity.

The role will also require rotation through our Boronia site and other nearby clinics.

n

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

n

n
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
n
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
n
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
n
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
n
- Enter and update patient registration details
n
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
n
