Leaf Cafe & Co Rouse Hill has been serving the local community for more than 8 years and is a well-known café in the area. We are conveniently located in Rouse Hill Town Centre, around a 5-minute walk from Rouse Hill Metro Station.

Location: GR003, 10–14 Market Lane, Rouse Hill Town Centre, NSW

n

We are looking for experienced Barista and All-Rounder who genuinely cares about making great coffee and enjoys working in a busy café environment.

n

Position: Casual / Part-Time Barista & All-Rounder
n Hours: 3–4 days per week, approximately 20–40 hours
n More days may be available for the right person, including up to 6 days if requested.
n Applicants must be available for at least one weekend day.

n

Trading Hours:
n Monday–Sunday: 8:00am–4:30pm

n

Requirements:

n





Minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia

n

Strong coffee-making skills with good attention to detail

n

Able to work confidently in a fast-paced café environment

n

Friendly personality with strong customer service skills

n

Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude

n

Able to maintain a clean and organized work area

n

Able to keep coffee machines and equipment clean and well maintained

n

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

n
