Key Responsibilities n
nSuccessful production of requirements documentationn
nSuccessful coordination workshops during the requirements gathering and analysis processn
nTimely completion of all deliverables to quality and plann
nAppropriate management / escalation of risks identified during the requirements phasen
nIdentifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending changes to businessn
nprocesses, and system functionality and behaviourn
nUsing project management methodologies, principles and techniques to developn
nproject plans and to cost, resource and manage projectsn
Main Activities n
nDelivery of solution design documentation for use in sales proposalsn
nDocumentation of system process flows, system design and interface specifications as requiredn
nDocumentation of business, user, system and functional requirements as requiredn
Key Skills and Experience n
nExperience as a Business Analyst within a Technology Workplacen
nDemonstrated capability in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation of process flows, business process,



analysis and consultingn
nMust be fully familiar with the SDLCn
nExperience in procurement and demonstrated ability to improve procurement processesn
nExperience writing responses to public procurement contractsn
nExperience working as a vendor to provide solutions, ideally to semi-state or public bodiesn
nTesting experience and proven ability to perform testing of software solutionsn
nExperience in Salesforce CRM Platform highly regardedn
nStrong stakeholder and relationship management skillsn
nGraduate degree in business/computer or related fieldn
