Services include; Xray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, DEXA and Interventional Procedures. Our focus is in delivering an excellent patient experience, service delivery and responsive patient and referrer support.

nAbout the Role n
n

We are seeking two Medical Receptionist / Radiology Receptionists to join our recent clinic within the South-East. One full time receptionist and one casual receptionist (availability of 3 days per week- with the option of additional hours)- Saturday availability preferred.

n
n

This is a frontline position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment , can manage competing priorities, and delivers exceptional patient service.

nKey Responsibilities n
n

n
n
- Patient check-in, registration, and front desk management
n
n
- Appointment scheduling across multiple imaging modalities
n
n
- Managing high-volume inbound calls and enquiries
n
n
- Processing Medicare, DVA, and private billing
n
n




- Handling payments and daily reconciliation
n
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records (RIS/PACS systems)
n
n
- Liaising with radiologists, radiographers, and sonographers
n
n
- Supporting efficient clinic workflow and patient throughput
n
n

n
nSkills & Experience n
n

n
n
- Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Administration experience desirable but not essential
n
n
- Radiology or Diagnostic Imaging experience (desirable but not essential)
n
n
- Multilingual desirable (not essential)
n
n
- Experience with Medicare billing, and patient claiming
n
n
- Familiarity with RIS/PACS systems
n
n
- Strong customer service and patient care skills
n
n
- Excellent communication and phone manner
n
n
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
n
n
