About the Role n
A fantastic opportunity exists for a bright junior with good school marks to train in our customer service / operations team.

Within this role some of the duties you will be responsible for include:
n
n
- Validate data on overseas documentation and update software accordingly
n
- Communicating with clients and service providers.
n
- Dispatching documentation to clients, customs brokers and our overseas partners
n
- Lodge SCA to Australian Customs and check status to facilitate delivery
n
- Arrange cartage
n

About You n
This is a junior role within the business. As the successful applicant, as a minimum you will have completed your year 12 HSC or equivalent to a satisfactory standard.

You will have:

- Full Australian working rights
n
- Excellent communication and time management skills
n
- A willingness to learn and be looking for an opportunity to grow with our team
n
- Exposure to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word would be advantageous, though not essential.
