We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager to join the Nexgen Australia team.

As a Business Development Executive this person is expected to make a significant contribution to the business, its culture and our Sales team, via demonstrable initiatives to enhance the work environment.

The Role:

n

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the call centre, your role will include:

n

• Attending prospective appointments generated for you by our call centres

n





• Signing current business through strong customer focus with professional and accurate proposals

n

• Develop and maintaining strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business

n

• Continually sourcing opportunities for business growth as an ambassador for our brand

n

About you:

n

• Previous experience in a face-to-face Sales Role (telecommunications experience highly regarded)

n

• Current and valid driver’s license

n

• Articulate communication skills

n

• Strong customer service and influencing skills

n

• Solutions focused through good analytic and problem solving skills

n

• Highly motivated for success and exceed targets

n

• Professional presentation with a positive attitude
