Job Description

Surf Life Saving Queensland is seeking a General Manager, Club and Member Development to lead a broad portfolio across clubs, members and volunteers. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, governance and youth pathways while building lasting relationships with regional teams, branches and stakeholders.

You will drive club health, member growth and volunteer engagement through hands-on leadership, collaboration and a solid focus on organisational capability and sustainability.
