We are seeking a passionate Part Time Chef to join our team at the Surfers Paradise Golf Club

n

As a part time Chef, you will be responsible for operating the kitchen and delivering a high-quality food and dining experience serving traditional Australian cuisine working alongside our Head Chef.

The following skills, behaviors and qualifications are essential: n

n
- Certificate IIIin Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher
n
- Kitchen experience in a club, restaurant, cafe or function environment – minimum 2years
n
- Highly organized and motivated
n
- High standard of personal presentation & hygiene
n
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate
n




- Must have pride in presenting consistent, well-presented meals
n
- Experience in stock control and ordering, with budgeting in mind
n
- Available to work a mixture of lunch & dinner shifts & weekends.
n
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised and part of a team
n

Functions Experience

n

This is a permanent/part-time opportunity with consistent weekly hours on a set roster for aconfident, hands-on Chef with a proven track record. Immediate start available for the right Chef.
